- Execute the Quality Performance Improvement strategy by building datasets for Quality analytics.
- Drive decision making through excel analyses and trackers.
Performance Improvement and Project Management:
- Project manage initiatives to strengthen data governance and the overall data ecosystem.
- Monitor projects from problem definition through planning and sustainment.
Field User Experience:
- Serve as the first line of defense for the end-user, troubleshooting digital friction.
- Document recurring pain points and strengthen the feedback loop.
