Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of patient access implementation for new-site openings, ensuring readiness milestones prior to go-live.
  • Manage on-site stabilization post go-live, including workflow reinforcement and staff coaching.
  • Conduct structured operational reviews to assess workflow and compliance adherence.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of patient access experience in an emergency department setting required.
  • Epic experience preferred; familiarity with registration and front-end workflows essential.

Work Environment:

  • Operates in a healthcare setting; may contact patients with contagious illnesses.
  • Moderate noise from phones, computers, printers, and medical equipment.
  • Requires lifting up to 25 pounds and intermittent physical activity including standing, walking, and bending.
