Position Overview:
- Serve as senior Patient Access Advocate leader with oversight over PAA functions.
- Report to VP of Integration-Operations and drive improvements in registration accuracy, write-offs, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient access operational processes for new facility openings and ongoing improvements.
- Provide coaching and remove operational obstacles for onsite staff.
- Communicate new site status to health system leadership and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; minimum 5 years ED registration experience.
- Minimum 3 years supervising registration personnel in an emergency department.
- Freestanding ED/UC experience preferred; Epic experience preferred.
