This position serves as a primary informatics strategic Nursing leader, guiding system-level leadership on governance, technology adoption, and optimization of the end-user experience with our diverse electronic health record (EHR) systems. The role involves providing expert consultation to organizational and ambulatory clinic leaders on clinical system strategy and optimization, ensuring nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary care providers can leverage informatics clinical systems effectively.

Supports the activities of Health Information Management (HIM) in medical record functions. Under the direction of the department Manager, oversees operations and employee performance. Exercises discretionary judgment in solving problems and working with employees. Utilizes working knowledge of applicable health information regulations, laws, policies, procedures, and general principles and practices of HIM.
