What you will do:
- Serve as front line support for the Patient Connection Center.
- Review accounts for hospital services to ensure completeness prior to patient arrival.
- Verify insurance, confirm benefits, determine authorization requirements, and create patient estimates.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year of healthcare revenue cycle or related clerical accounting/finance experience required.
- Three years of healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred; Epic experience also preferred.
