Sr Implementation Consultant Core/ Ambulatory

Responsibilities:

• Implement the full suite of Altera software solutions with emphasis on Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory at client sites.
• Perform complex system configuration and provide expert workflow guidance for critical ambulatory processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve system and workflow issues, and provide comprehensive activation support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of hands-on healthcare IT implementation and configuration experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of an EMR/EHR system; Sunrise EMR expertise preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage priorities during long implementation cycles.

Work Arrangements:

• Remote role; candidates may live anywhere in the US with a valid passport for occasional travel to Canada.
• Travel 10-15% primarily for on-site support during final go-live activities.
