Accountabilities:
- Analyze and improve clinical and business workflows to optimize Epic applications.
- Configure Epic applications and develop test plans for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Create training materials and support end-user adoption of application features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT or clinical environment with business process analysis and testing.
- Epic application experience and strong communication skills.
