About the Role:
- The Wilshire Group is seeking an experienced Epic Business Systems Analyst to support a healthcare organization's operational and technical needs.
- This contracted interim position offers an opportunity to work with a top US hospital and contribute to meaningful revenue cycle optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement within the Epic platform.
- Participate in requirements gathering, system design, testing, and implementation activities with stakeholders.
- Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to ensure effective system performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and five years of IT work experience, or equivalent combination of healthcare and business analysis experience.
- Epic certification in at least one of: Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, or Referrals.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
