Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the enterprise compliance program strategy and roadmap.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Compliance function, establishing scalable governance.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed compliance into business operations.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology compliance.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws including Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act.
- Demonstrated success building enterprise compliance programs from clinical to commercial stage.
About the Role:
- This strategic leader acts as a player-coach, balancing program management with hands-on execution.
- The role reports to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and is part of the Legal leadership team.
- The position offers a national salary range of $265K-$285K and is eligible for bonus and stock plan.
