Overview:
- Coherus Oncology is seeking a part-time Healthcare Compliance Consultant to support its compliance program.
- The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and involves 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of the Healthcare Compliance Program, including policy development, training, and monitoring.
- Provide advice on anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, and privacy regulations.
- Conduct audits, investigations, and transparency reporting for payments to healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in healthcare compliance, law firm, or corporate legal department.
- Detailed knowledge of FDA, OIG, CMS, and industry codes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The base salary range is $200 to $350 per hour, depending on experience.
- Position is based in Redwood City, CA, but remote candidates will be considered.
