Role Overview:
- Reporting to the Director, Transparency Operations & Customer Success.
- Responsible for product delivery, customer success, support, and professional services.
- Ensures achievement of reporting metrics and deadlines across customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain expertise in U.S. and global life sciences compliance requirements.
- Serve as primary compliance advisor; anticipate trends and translate updates into recommendations.
- Oversee customer support, professional services, and act as escalation point.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial compliance, sales/operations, or transparency reporting.
- Priority for knowledge of U.S./global life sciences laws and customer-facing experience.
- Project management experience preferred.
