Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and operation of the Compliance Program, including conflict of interest processes and compliance hotline.
- Perform risk/gap analysis, policy reviews, and software maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Serve as liaison for compliance inquiries and escalate major findings to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of essential elements of a compliance program, preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback, and other federal/state regulations.
- Experience with sampling technologies, statistical analyses, and personal computers.
