Role Overview:
- Serve as an Expert Compliance Risk Advisor within Experian's Financial Services and Data division.
- Guide the business through complex regulatory landscapes and enhance control effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform gap assessments and work with business lines on action plans to address control breakdowns.
- Support regulatory exams and deliver ad hoc requests within service level agreements.
- Prepare materials for regulatory meetings and build productive relationships with teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with three years of experience in regulatory risk and compliance.
- Knowledge of federal and state privacy laws, including FCRA, FACTA, and GLBA.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
