Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct day-to-day operations of clinical compliance auditors and specialists.
- Serve as clinical services liaison to senior management and develop companywide team processes.
- Coordinate orientation, training, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical background.
- 3+ years experience as a Medical Assistant with patient outreach or care coordination.
- 1+ years supervisory experience, preferably remote.
