About the Role:
- This leadership role oversees member engagement operations and guides a team of Engagement Specialists.
- You will combine people leadership, operational excellence, and workflow optimization for compassionate patient onboarding.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop a team through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Conduct outreach, explain services, and guide patients through onboarding with timely EHR documentation.
- Manage daily operations, optimize PRM workflows, and collaborate with clinical teams for smooth care transitions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in patient services or care coordination, with 2+ years in a call center and supervisory role.
- Experience with oncology or behavioral health populations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with an empathetic leadership style.
Benefits:
- Annual salary of $55,000–$60,000 USD, fully remote within the US.
