Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach a team of Outreach Specialists through structured 1:1s and coaching.
- Own call quality by conducting audits using a standardized scorecard.
- Manage the numbers: track metrics, monitor funnel health, and escalate issues.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in healthcare sales, patient engagement, or customer service.
- Prior people-management experience required.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher; Bachelor's preferred.
What We Offer:
