Your Responsibilities:
- Coach Agents/Representatives to improve knowledge, engage consumers, and enhance sales skills.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager and site Supervisors to drive improved performance.
- Actively monitor agents via live listen and recommend changes when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a supervisory capacity or 1 year call center preferred.
- Hold a valid and currently active healthcare license.
- Maintain eligibility and capacity for remote work engagements.
