Execute assigned payroll tax tasks: process accurate payroll runs, review output reports, and assist with tax filings and payments across jurisdictions.
Research and resolve standard State and Federal payroll tax notices, escalating complex cases and drafting responses with supporting documentation.
Support payroll correction workflows, manage personal work queue by SLA deadlines, and identify recurring issues for process improvement.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. - Act as a trusted advisor for corporate accounts, arranging domestic and international travel for air, rail, car, and hotel using Sabre GDS. - Manage end-to-end booking process through ticketing and order fulfillment via phone, messaging, or email, while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
