As the eyes and ears for our team, you'll field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond in a collaborative environment. You’ll interact with people from all walks of life, with no two days being the same. As you grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening, and working with confidential information. You'll also aim to resolve issues on the first call, de-escalate issues, and escalate when needed. Tracking call information and providing feedback are also key.
