Job Description

Healthcare Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary. They respond to requests for assistance and process payments. All call related information is tracked for auditing and reporting purposes. They also provide feedback on call issues and upsell if required. The role requires the ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. Candidates should have 6 months of customer service experience. Being over 18 years of age, the ability to type 25 wpm, a High School Diploma or GED, comfort with desktop computer systems, proven oral & written communication, logical problem-solving skills, ability to navigate Windows, and organization and work prioritization skills are a must.
