As the eyes and ears for our team, you will field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond in a collaborative and engaging environment. You'll interact with diverse individuals daily, with each day presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth.
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening, and working with confidential customer information with sensitivity. You'll aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding, communicating appropriately with customers and exercising retention efforts if needed. You will also identify customers who are comparison-shopping and compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, and prevention planning.
