Field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond, working in a collaborative and engaging environment. Interact with people from all walks of life, with no two days being the same. Customer Engagement Specialists use excellent decision making and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns. Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues involving agronomics, products and procedures. Responsible for negotiation, timely follow up and personal attention to ensure consumer satisfaction. Must possess the ability to quickly assess situations and take appropriate action according to brand and company guidelines.
