Responsibilities:
- Facilitate telephonic enrollment by presenting benefit information and mailing enrollment materials.
- Follow CMS guidelines and approved scripts to ensure compliance.
- Support Field Sales Representatives by scheduling appointments and seminar reservations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Health Insurance License required.
- 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or healthcare.
- Proven sales and customer service skills.
