Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate telephonic enrollment by presenting benefit information and mailing enrollment materials.
  • Follow CMS guidelines and approved scripts to ensure compliance.
  • Support Field Sales Representatives by scheduling appointments and seminar reservations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Health Insurance License required.
  • 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or healthcare.
  • Proven sales and customer service skills.
