You’ll reach out to potential clients, guiding them through their Medicare options with patience and care.

As the Care Advisor Lead, you will sell Brigade’s services to interested patients and families, owning the patient relationship from the first inbound touchpoint through handoff to the providers. You will support an efficient intake operation, navigate insurance options, determine relevant service lines, and ensure providers have what they need to initiate high-quality care. You will also play a critical role in patients’ Special Enrollment and Open Enrollment periods.
