Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to healthcare providers
- Accepting inbound calls from healthcare providers
- Answering questions about the requirement to participate
Requirements:
- Must have an active PRC License
- 2 years bedside / clinical experience
- Preferably with 6 months BPO healthcare account experience
