Sr Product Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of product compliance programs.
• Apply advanced regulatory judgment to complex compliance questions, investigations, and escalations.
• Conduct compliance reviews, testing, monitoring activities, and investigations to identify control gaps.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, insurance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits compliance frameworks, including HSA, FSA, HRA, and COBRA.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
