Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance corrective action processes.
- Assess and prioritize corrective action referrals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to perform root cause analysis.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support our compliant and ethical culture.
- Assist in developing oversight materials and reporting metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, compliance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of compliance experience at a PBM or health plan.
- Strong understanding of the seven elements of a compliance program.
