Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance corrective action processes.
  • Assess and prioritize corrective action referrals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to perform root cause analysis.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support our compliant and ethical culture.
  • Assist in developing oversight materials and reporting metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, compliance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of compliance experience at a PBM or health plan.
  • Strong understanding of the seven elements of a compliance program.
