Senior Product Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted compliance advisor across benefit products, ensuring regulatory alignment and innovation.
• Review marketing materials, customer communications, and product documentation for regulatory accuracy.
• Lead compliance risk assessments for new product features, workflow changes, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of HSA, FSA, and HRA regulatory requirements and IRS guidance.
• Understanding of HIPAA, GLBA, and consumer data privacy requirements.
