Role Overview:

  • Serve as fractional Growth Marketing Lead for up to 25 hours per week at $100/hour.
  • Work closely with CRO and Sales Leads to assess and optimize top-of-funnel strategy tied to revenue goals.

Multichannel Growth:

  • Translate ARR goals into focused multichannel growth plans with clear targets and channel priorities.
  • Develop programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, webinars, partner marketing, and ABM.

Measurement and Operations:

  • Define growth-marketing measurement framework including funnel conversion and ROI.
  • Partner with RevOps to improve HubSpot and CRM workflows, lead scoring, and campaign attribution.
