Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a high-impact Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our full-funnel marketing strategy.
  • This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer with deep experience in B2B2C industries and niche audience targeting.
  • You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and play a key role in shaping how IRBsearch reaches its target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-funnel demand gen strategy across paid, partnerships, email, and more.
  • Develop email nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs in HubSpot.
  • Identify and test new channels such as affiliate, co-marketing, and content syndication.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2 years in growth or demand gen roles.
  • Proven experience marketing to niche professional audiences (legal, financial, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise across paid ads, email marketing, webinars, and events.
