Essential Job Duties:

Contribute to patient safety and exceed customer expectations.
Provide technical support and manage a team of Technical Support Engineers.
Drive key metrics and cross-functional projects to support departmental goals.

Qualifications:

Degree in Biomedical, electronics, or electrical engineering or 5 years of related experience.
5-7 years in a technical role with strong clinical knowledge of the product line.
Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
