Role Overview:

  • Perform all types of scheduled maintenance activities for assigned territory.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair da Vinci Surgical System and associated equipment.
  • Coordinate system and hardware delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete administrative duties including spare parts inventory, field activity reports, and expense reports.
  • Maintain Intuitive provided items such as tooling, laptops, and iPads.
  • Support sales teams with trade show support and provide hospital contacts.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Operating Room protocol and ability to travel up to 40%.
