Field Service Engineer II

About the Role:

• As Field Service Engineer 2, you will install and maintain Growth Direct systems at customer sites.
• You'll perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs per service levels.
• Complete all paperwork, service reports, and SFDC requirements on time.

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret scientific documentation.
• Strength in defining problems, collecting data, and drawing conclusions.
• Experience with mechanical systems, software-controlled instruments, and ISO/GMP environments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of technical degree or equivalent military experience, bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• May be required to work on client sites for extended hours.
