Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs while ensuring compliance with service standards and KPIs.
• Maintain assigned assets including tools, test equipment, and service parts inventory.
• Complete administrative tasks such as time reporting and assigned training.

Critical Skills:

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Technical critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for technical and practical matters with MS Office proficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Math, or Engineering plus 3 years direct experience repairing lab equipment.
• OR Associate degree plus 5 years, OR high school diploma plus 7 years of direct experience.

Working Environment:

• Must work in laboratory and controlled environments requiring PPE, with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
• Ability to travel up to 50% via air, vehicle, or other means.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, remain stationary, and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching.
