The Field Service Engineer provides customer support by performing on-site installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems, instructing customers in system operation and maintenance, and company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters. This role includes field support for system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and closing new LC/MS customers within an assigned territory. Actively prospect, qualify leads, and convert opportunities to sales. Deliver persuasive product presentations, demos, and value propositions to scientific and commercial audiences. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing.
