Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and enhancement of the Product Compliance program, including policies and AI-powered tools.
- Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, and investigations to identify control gaps and support corrective actions.
- Prepare compliance reports and briefings for leadership and regulatory bodies.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in employee benefits compliance and regulatory frameworks (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA).
- Ability to treat AI-enabled tools as standard compliance infrastructure while maintaining full accountability.
