Your Day to Day:
- Ensure compliance of self-funded health plans with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and MHPAEA.
- Manage regulatory filings such as SPDs, Form 5500, and PCORI.
- Review marketing materials and act as compliance liaison with vendors.
What You're Made Of:
- 5+ years of compliance experience in self-funded health plan or TPA environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with stop-loss carriers, PBMs, and TPA partners.
- Hands-on experience with SPDs, Form 5500, and MHPAEA NQTL analysis.
What Success Looks Like:
- Establish audit-ready compliance documentation including MHPAEA NQTL analysis.
- Implement a defined review process for marketing materials.
- Formalize vendor compliance monitoring and produce complete compliance package on demand.
