Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and file annual Form 5500 returns and all related schedules.
  • Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, etc.).
  • Interpret and apply ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations to retirement plans.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in ERISA compliance, nondiscrimination testing, and Form 5500 preparation.
  • Experience with FT William software and PensionPro platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.

Pay Transparency:

  • The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually.
  • Individual pay is determined by geographic location, skills, experience, and certifications.
