Position Summary:

  • Performs full A-Z administration for a caseload of defined contribution retirement plans.
  • Requires confidence in administering 401(k) and cross-tested plans with strong compliance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer full-cycle plan operations, including compliance testing and year-end valuations.
  • Process participant transactions and prepare IRS forms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 3-5+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Relius software and Microsoft Office 365; ASPPA credentials preferred.
