- As a key member of Marmon's Corporate Total Rewards team, the Retirement Specialist administers Canadian retirement plans (RRSP and RPP) and supports U.S. and other non-U.S. plans.
- Reporting to the Retirement Manager, this role ensures end-to-end plan administration and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Develop efficient tools and processes for compliant administration of Canadian retirement plans.
- Act as secretary for the MERP governance committee and coordinate annual meetings.
- Support M&A activity including retirement plan onboarding and offboarding tasks.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or related field with 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
- Experience with Canadian Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans and union plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Canadian retirement compliance.
