Accountabilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit annual Form 5500 filings and related schedules while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing, including ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, and other required compliance tests.
- Interpret and apply ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations to support retirement plan administration decisions.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in ERISA compliance, nondiscrimination testing, and Form 5500 preparation.
- Hands-on experience with FT William software, including compliance and Form 5500 modules.
- Strong understanding of IRS and DOL regulations related to qualified retirement plans.
