Accountabilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit annual Form 5500 filings and related schedules while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing, including ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, and other required compliance tests.
  • Interpret and apply ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations to support retirement plan administration decisions.

Requirements:
