About the Role:
- Responsible for working with leaders, managers and employees to provide conflict resolutions between employees, managers and leaders in employee relations scenarios.
- Partners with P&C team for oversight of P&C policy adherence.
- Partners with leaders, Business Partners and managers to provide effective coaching to drive feedback and best practice performance management principles across the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Manages employee relations across multiple business groups to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances.
- Conducts thorough and timely workplace investigations in accordance with company's methodology, and complies with all applicable laws.
- Maintains the company's employee case management system to ensure detailed documentation of employee relations matters.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
