Responsibilities:
- Partner with employees and people managers on issues related to employee relations and performance management.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve HR processes to support and scale the business.
- Design and produce ad hoc and recurring HR analyses, ensuring data accuracy and consistent methodology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources, consulting, or professional services.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new HRIS systems.
