Responsibilities:

  • Work on group data review and alignment for HR data consistency and reporting.
  • Design and implement data processes, monitoring, and governance solutions.
  • Document findings including data dictionaries, field mapping, and playbooks.

Requirements:

  • Must have: Experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, and Excel for data analysis.
  • Must have: Understanding of GDPR/data privacy and sensitivity with HR personal data.
  • Nice to have: Global HRIS experience, Lean Six Sigma certification, or Power BI dashboard building.
