Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to expert users
- Gathering and structuring business requirements
- Defining use cases and translating them into technical specifications
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Basic SQL knowledge
Additional skills:
- VBA / scripting or general automation experience
- Experience in GRC, Risk Management, or Information Security
- Knowledge of data visualization / BI tools
