About the role:
- Key member of People Technology & Operations team
- Partner with global HR and business stakeholders

In this role, you will:
- Lead Absence Management Workday configuration
- Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, and internal teams
- Build custom reports and triage Workday enhancements
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years professional experience, 2+ in Workday Absence
- Experience in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules
- Strong understanding of leave and absence management processes
