Role Overview:
- Deliver end-to-end Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions for clients with varying levels of complexity.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead or support implementations, gathering business requirements and translating them into functional configurations.
- Configure and maintain Workday components including Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, and Accruals.
- Build reports, calculated fields, EIBs, and business processes within Workday.
Requirements:
- Workday Time Tracking and Absence certifications required.
- 1+ years of hands-on implementation experience.
- Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
