Role Overview:

  • Deliver end-to-end Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions for clients with varying levels of complexity.
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead or support implementations, gathering business requirements and translating them into functional configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday components including Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, and Accruals.
  • Build reports, calculated fields, EIBs, and business processes within Workday.

Requirements:

  • Workday Time Tracking and Absence certifications required.
  • 1+ years of hands-on implementation experience.
  • Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
