Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction, understanding client requirements from design through to production.
  • Support clients during annual events such as Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc.
  • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status and changes.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Required Workday certifications: HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp plus one of Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, PEX.
  • Must have led at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Phase X implementations.
  • Minimum three years as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm.

Work Environment:

  • Remote opportunity based in USA, Canada, or Mexico.
