Key Responsibilities:
- Leads configuration, support, and optimization across multiple Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting.
- Acts as a senior escalation point for moderate to complex Workday issues, delivering scalable solutions.
- Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective Workday business processes.
System Management:
- Supports Workday releases by performing impact analysis and coordinating testing.
- Maintains documentation for configurations, integrations, and support procedures.
- Ensures data integrity through audits and security reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with three or more years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data relationships.
- Workday certification in one or more modules strongly preferred.
