People Operations Generalist

The Mission:

• You are the operating backbone of the People function at SalesRabbit.
• You will build and improve scalable processes and deliver a seamless employee experience.
• You'll partner closely with leaders and employees and build the infrastructure for a People function.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the HRIS as the system of record and the People data integrity.
• Design and run onboarding and offboarding workflows that make day-one feel intentional.
• Build scalable workflows, SOPs, and analytics across the People Ops stack.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of progressive People Operations / HR generalist experience.
• Hands-on, administrator-level experience with BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, Gusto, Workday, or a comparable HRIS.
• Working knowledge of US employment law and multi-state employment compliance.
